Hello lynas heads.dont know if you recognised, but the fact that baotou shout down concentration plant for 6 month and that lynas is not starting phase 2 isn't a good sign! In any business of the world the fact that a company or a whole business need to shut down its operations or a part of it would sent a huge negative signal to the market about this business.only in the case of"rare earth" this should be good and positive?!
You guys did lie to yourself far too long about rare earth market.the smuggling is bigger than normal exports and China will never get this problem solved.China is a huge country you cannot control smuggling effective.
How long will you guys lie to yourself?
