it's frustrating being in this company I agree. Management have been incompetent - hopefully with the new MD this will change - but it will take months not weeks. Why wouldn't you take up the offer - if you have no confidence in GXY then sell ALL your shares on relisting and keep the free options for a punt to Dec 14? The SP should not fall below 8c on listing - time will tell. If there will be a billion shares and they do make the $25M then on a PE of 10 the SP should be 25c - options 17c in the money.
