Reading elsewhere...it would seem that those, or one in particular, who'd constantly maintained P1 had managed to have raised the supposed CR of $15mil, is now admitting that was never the case. I.E. It was clearly FALSE.

Now, putting aside their refusal to acknowledge they were wrong and any admission that they'd actually posted misleading information, it seems my 'view' was 'substantiated' all along. LOL
