Yes DV the lower dollar does concern me as it does make our property more attractive to foreign investors.Unfortunately i'm sick of renting and at present content with pricing properties but will purchase eventually,but the scooter is definitely tempting.I would just like more transparent records of the level of foreign residential property purchases.
ps did sell a investment property around 3 years ago to a HK investor so a bit hard to complain.
