With 80% backing from 3 major investors, the chances of falling short on this EO is very minimal. One way or another RES will raise the required amount.

My concern is that in most cases after a placement of such magnitude, the SP usually drifts back to the placement price.

I'm surprised the SP hasn't lifted past 22c since the EO announcement. Still no incentive to take up the offer when I can buy cheaper now. Maybe the plan is to discourage shareholders so that the big 3 investors can get their 80%???

I don't know but either way I'd like to see some significant SP appreciation.
