I hope the QLD DPP assesses the report released Monday and lays charges against Goss, all the members of his cabinet and Rudd as well.

Willfully destroying evidence that might reasonably be used in a court case is a very serious matter.

Serious gaol time awaits if anyone is convicted of a charge of this nature.
