Luckily I never started on MyFace or Twitthead so dont have to worry about getting out of it like some people seem to be saying these days..
But the big one for me... Breadmakers...WHITE ELEPHANT!!
The actual time it takes me to make bread involes around 2 mins of mixing and 8 mins of kneading all up.
Yes, you have to wait for it to rise (normally entire process takes me 2 hours from start to finish) but you actually do 10mins of work in that 2 hours, and I think hand kneaded makes better bread..
I dont make bread all the time, but ban the breadmaker I say, using your hands just makes it more home made, and impresses the visitors..
