$1.6m converts at 0.6 x Nov VWAP (max 5.3c) ?
At current levels won't that be about 133m shares or 30 percent??
Has this been approved already? I thought placements over 15 percent need to be approved.
If that is correct how on earth do you get a piece of that action?
I guess if they can't raise new working capital then they don't get much from it but that discount is extraordinary!
