To all those who said this wasn't an issue... why would LYC release an announcement clarifying?
Also, what an absolute joke of a announcement. It offers absolutely nothing of substance. A company with nothing to hide would detail exactly how they complied with the condition.
On a side note, a company that I consider to have GREAT disclosure is Senex. Check out their announcement history.
