It's tricky striebs. Here in the Pilbara indigenous communities are provided housing, food, medical, new motorbikes and cars, jobs and a myriad of other benefits... The main goal however is to maintain and improve ecological, social and cultural aspects. Neither party can get too greedy. It's a win win if done correctly. Let's hope commonsense and goodwill prevails. I was born in Australia and have worked and paid taxes my whole life, so I consider this to be my land as well. I have a spiritual connection and also my own set of environmental interpretation beliefs. We are all part of one community.
