It still mystifies me that, in the current circumstances, sellers keep piling up into the lowest price - slowing the upward movement. Unless they're absolutely desperate to get out, you'd think it would be in their interests to keep pulling their bids back to get a higher offer.
Maybe it's just one of those share things I still don't fully comprehend.
