    The current board have strong industry backgrounds and our new MD is supposedly the wonderkind in international oil industry wheeling and dealing. Andrew is at least nominating .. and he is proposing that the board needs to be larger ..in other words he's not suggesting anyone be replaced. So the board will continue to have broad industry experience plus an independent voice. Seems OK to me and one new face is hardly likely to throw the borad into disarray or weaken their resolve.
