Army should declare martial law indefinitely, reinstate Mubarak as interim President and get him to organise fresh elections...with his son Gamal the prime candidate....at some point. In the meantime he can take care of the Muslim Brotherhood across the country, with vengeance, and get the Army to purge them from their ranks. After that's all done, some economic confidence and tourism is likely to return....Anything less is doomed to failure.
