beta and gamma As we speak, new tropical storm "Beta" is forming in the southern Carribean ... 23rd for the season....and possibly "Gamma" too. Sounds like someone is seeding the clouds and letting the greenhouse induced re-directed currents do their natural work. And it aint likely to get better in coming seasons.
