re: Ann: Allied increases stake in Ian Frazer... I havent studied all the other ausyralian bio medical breakthroughs that other posters have found in asx bio stocks that i hope are fulfilled in good share prices and benefits to people around the globe.

Without being condescending or narrow minded a few comments in relation to ahz and what is underlying the movement in the sp at present.

I had the luck of being involved with professor barry marshall in my previous incarnation before returning to australia . . Prof barry discovered that a bactetia in the stomach..heliobacter polyri ...well i call it helicopter virus... caused stomach ulcers....not stock exchange stress, hot tamales and too many chillies in the curry...he went onto proove it by infecting himself with the bacteria, developing an ulcer and then curing it with his vaccinne. Just a few years back...amazing western australian and genuine person too ...who received the nobel prize for medicine for his efforts.

What professor ian fraser and ahz scientists are offering also has enormous significance, globally , in alleviating mankind from horrible medical problems...that effect millions of peoples lives everyday in every country.

A simple tissue patch called cardiocel which in lay man terms..plugs up a hole in a babys heart and allows that tissue to grow into the babys own heart cells as a permanent cure...think of the mums and dads and their new born baby who will benefit from cardiocel.its already in use successfully by top heart surgeons in australia and any day will receive accreditation for use in europe..the ce certification in posts on hc at present. Thete are other good products but with cardiocel there appears to be no build up of calcium in the area of the patch which requires more operations in future.

Then there is the work on hpv...without going into detail..millions of people like myself have had cold sores, warts and itchy sores in private parts of our body and other awful effects from this virus that can lead to cancer in undesirable locations within females in particular ..mainly down there...eeesh. Its a human medical problem across the globe. Pulling a long bow here but this breakthrough could also be the antecedent for a cure to hiv.


So the work by ahz and coridon..in which ahz just took a controlling interest are quite significant in terms of major medical issues confronted across the globe.

I dont know how smart ahz will be in capitalising on what they have in their hands but at 5 cents a share its a good buy no matter how you assess the numbers and measures, all the pennants, mads, hocus pocus and bollinger band stuff when trading on the asx cannot predict where ahz will go in the future.
