    mike68, being an "Internet expert", you would be well aware of things like Telepresence and the implications, you would also be aware of the limitations of large file uploads on the current infrastructure in Australia.

    Also being a "Internet expert" you would understand the difference between a high demand single user application and high demand applications for multiple users on a single network connection.

    And I'm sure being an "Internet expert" you are well aware of poor internet speeds experience by 75% of the population.

    In addition you would be well aware of the current growth in data, so you wouldn't be so naive to base your assumptions on today's usage when considering the usage required in 10 years and beyond.
