that chart suggests that Cloud OS, cloud computing and network hosted applications together make up an extremely large component of internet traffic in comparison to plain old web surfing
which is complete utter nonsense to the point of embarrassment. These forms of internet usage make up a minuscule amount of total internet usage
I would hazard a guess its less than 5% combined. Thats assuming that "Network hosted apps" are business type applications used over the internet, such as B2B exchanges and the like which is fair assumption for anyone to make considering the terminology used
