ST, I agree with you that, once they lodged their overdue accounts to the ASX as they were required, they would have to follow instruction and relist. They had to, as the lodgement of the accounts was their main excuse all along.
The one thing that I am really peed off with, is the way this company has turned into with it's PR. It is shocking to say the least IMO. And all of that has taken a drastic turn to the worst since we had the change that we had to have, and the blame must go as far as the Board for allowing that to happen. After all we went from being told what was going on an ongoing and regular basis, to be turned into mushrooms kept in the dark and fed Bull's Excretia.
And today it is just another typical example of what I am saying.
After all, today is the 5th of July 2013 if my memory serves me right, and we still haven't been told if that third shipment of iron ore for last month has actually being loaded and left for China as it was supposed to be, or if it is still to be loaded for God's sake. Has it left or is it just another one of those missed target.?? Your guess is as good as mine mate.
And what is our PR mob doing (You all know who I mean) while all of this is going on.?? Silence!!!
Is he being paid by PLV to tell us what is going on with the company or for being/remaining silent.???
Oh well, we can all look forward to the next AGM as, IMO, it will be the time for reckoning and when we can force our own opinion upon them by having a say on the matter.
I hope that there will be shareholders out there that will remember that, and will use that privilege to vote with their head and not with their feet when that time will come. Patience is the main game at time. I feel quite sure that PLV has stretched that Patience stuff a fair bit by now.
