I've asked that question (and requested proof) a number of times as it was the clear ammunition of the down-ramping crew to spread fear and uncertainty into the SH's.

Our reserves are clearly there and reported correctly per the statutory rules in place.

I'm sure our friend Paul will be back but not perhaps until the SP dips down again.

He forecast 10c for MAD if you remember!
