PLV is a fledging Iron Ore producer which is establishing its finances in an ever changing environment.
As a consequence things will be clarified as they develop.
If you believe they can become a bona fide producer then they are cheap, if you have a contrary view then sell.
In my opinion they have more going for them than a land locked Pilbra hopeful.
