It would be nice if the share price represented the resource potential of the Mt Kare project.
The reality is that until the milestone boxes are ticked off this is unlikely to happen.
But this must be distinguished from a speculative investment where the resource potential is unknown.
The project has legs and is supported by land owners and government alike.
