That's because you STILL haven't made your case. Why should I beleive that 'emotion' is separate from and controlling of the self?

OK, so it's the physiological body of the child that requires food, the 'self' recognises those sensations that it gets from the body and knows to eat. How does that prove that the emotion of 'hunger' (if hunger is an emotion)preceded the self in anyway?
