There are well documented cases of people dying in an operating room(no brain waves, no heartbeat)
and after been brought back to life, have been able to successfully recall specific events/details that occurred WHILST brain-dead, much to the astonishment of the surgeons and attending nurses.
Does this not suggest that consciousness has a property of immateriality?
