    When you have village main buy 100,000,000 shares recently for 8 cents and the directors take shares in loo of a salary at 10 cents a share. They know more and closer to what's going on they we do at these are very low at these levels and in a couple of years you wished you may have purchased now. Happy to accumulate. Soros says buy when everyone else isn't are the one who make a fortune.
