I've travelled all around the world in my life.
However, I developed a fear of flying myself - it's very common.
I caught a domestic flight on the day the Concorde went down - had a panic attack - advised the hostess and was taken to the front and was given oxygen - ever since then, I go to the Doc and he prescribes 4 sleeping pills - two for each way - just relaxes my muscles.
I think I'm pretty much over it now though, although it has prevented me from flying over the years sometimes.
I was watching Pay TV and on the morning I was going to depart, the constant replays of the Concorde crash obviously traumatised me somehow and burnt into my sub-conscious. Perhaps how 9/11 did to some.
Courses are available - it's very irrational. I really don't advise drinking it away.
