No I don't know the facts and it appears to me that no one has managed to get to the bottom of the whole thing yet. Once they do, I think there has to be a full and complete airing of the facts.

In the meantime, I am unwilling to throw Esra under the bus, because I believe that when the entire episode has been unravelled and explained, it is quite possible that Esra will turn out to have been a victim, not a perpetrator.

Worse, because of the way this has been handled, she will never be able to serve as CEO again, and most likely her business career is well and truly over. I am suggesting that this might have been handled in a way that would have been less painful for all, especially the shareholders.

Of course, I want to know the truth of it, no matter how unpalatable that may turn out to be. The sooner the better.
