It is also worth noting that the relatively new CFO has stuck her neck out a long way in the event that her fraud allegations were proven incorrect.
It has always been my experience that the size of a fraud activity rises as the operations/management level rises.Additionally long term employees are traditionally adept at completing and hiding fraud events.
