It is almost one month from the due date of Minister sent out letter 15th June. It may dealy to send out letter due to Labour Government changes. But, IMO, ESI already seen green or red for ALDP results as we seen in Coldry update announcements. MD is saying the definite words,certain words such as ARUP design completion, site selection, so on so on. Seems like Government put one egg in ESI basket already and ESI is on track and going with full speed ahead. only few weeks to AUG of AGL report. If ESI appeared on it and That's it.
