    makattack, as usual you grab the wrong end of the stick.

    As pointed out by other posters here, the employers were fined.

    They were fined because they failed to comply with rules and regulations in place for the employer to be responsible for workers safety.

    That is what OHS is for as you should be well aware.

    Regardless of any increase in work load, the employer is still responsible for workers safety.

    They failed and were fined.

    You were telling me my analogy was wrong, there was no discussion or admission one way or the other about the merits of the Labor's policy.

    Again it shows how you throw in unrelated stuff to pad out your very weak argument.
