BBG Billabong Lack Of Fiduciary Duty Disclosure
I have been referred this email address from hotcopper. I am a BBG shareholder interested in what is brewing in terms of a possible class action against BBG for the subject line flaws.
It seems these days things need to be settled via civil means as ASIC does nothing to protect investors.
Please let me know if anyone else have discussed these matters with you.
I currently Underwater by about 50k on BBG share puchases.
Where would any money be recovered from?
