re: for skippa -philippines mining law. You don't get it do you mate -under an MPSA they only "legally" own 40% of the project. Of course all sorts of 'funny' deals are done to secure more equity under the table but it is not legal. The company has not been forthright in spelling out their actual title in any of their ASX announcements -nor have the consultants in their reports. My last word -you keep plugging them mate and good luck.
