Crikey there is some crap and false belief about property in Australia.


It is pretty simple ----

If a large number of non home owners cannot afford to be home owners and young people are staying with their parents until 30 plus because of the cost of housing -

Then property is overpriced - simple.

If it is overpriced, then sooner or later it will adjust - also simple.
