This bit really sums TPT over the next 3-6months from the report

"H2 CY13 will mark the beginning of a renaissance period for the Moroccan O&G industry with operators planning to drill up to 10 wells commencing Q4 CY13

We expect several significant catalysts over the next 6 months which include
- Ministerial approval – Q3CY13;
- Receipt of $7.5m from Galp Energia – Q3CY13;
- Contracting a rig to drill the maiden well – Q4CY13;
- Regional drill results from proximal operator – Q4CY13 and
- Drilling of well 1HCY14
We believe timing is opportune to begin gaining exposure to TPT prior to these key catalysts particularly given the current valuation. Potentially within 6 months TPT will be on the cusp of drilling 1 well targeting three prospects, which, if successful, could add $19/share."

That $19/share upside is way to big to ignore
