I am sorry if that was the impression created. There was absolutely no intention to criticise or belittle Turps by calling him Gomez - it is an old standing joke between us and the intention was to both bring his attention to something important and to cheer him up. Because I care.
In response to the second point -I've been called various names, including Morticia and Hotty and I don't think you'll find I've screamed or probably even commented, as I am not offended. This week my name was misspelt as Hottop. If you reread the posts, you will see that I did not even comment on this, yet alone complain to anyone.
Once again, sorry if that was the impression you got.
