Further to my letter of the 4th June, 2013, on the above matter, I have enclosed herewith a letter that I have forwarded on the 8th July,2013, to Mr. Greg Medcraft, Chairman, Australian Securities and Investments Commission(ASIC) for your information.

On the 28h June, 2013, the High Court of Australia ruled that the buying and selling of shares on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX) to create or maintain a share price is an offence of market manipulation under s. 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001.

In the light of the High Court decision, I would like you to take this into consideration into your investigation of the unsigned “F..... S...........” document circulated at the time of the CuDeco(CDU) Limited JORC announcement on
the 18h August, 2010. The implications could be profound.
