Now MOU can monetise its resource or develop it
even tough for the big boys like RIO to get a licence there or a suitable tax structure to work under to export. MOU are talking about supplying domestic market so that eliminates that govt hurdle to.
More problematic is getting funds to build the bricette plant guess that will be at least $20M needed so really need a JV partner and tough to find an honest one given Mongolia's recent history.
