Talented, honest. i have seen him treated appallingly by those who should have known better. you dont get to be invited to sit on WA Government utility boards unless you have talent. at a guess hes probably the only one on there with any. I havent spoken to Paul for a long time but i dont need to. If there is a gas field to be found he will find it.
Has it not gone unnoticed that a major Chinese utility would JV with TNP minnow. They have the same high regard for Paul.
