For us to beable to form a class case, we really need more information that only ASIC can review. Therefore we need to work on filling in the COMPLAINTS via ASIC ONLINE so that will put pressure on ASIC to fully address our concerns.

This will provide us with the best chance of success in recouping approx 70% of our losses via a class action if possible.

Its annoying but hope ASIC will help us all.
