    not familiar with the Omega-3 issue. I suspect that research reports are often taken out of context - especially by the sensationalising and largely ignorant media who would report anything to make a buck. Still, from time to time certain dietary myths have been sunk in spectacular ways. Remember how Fibre was supposed to prevent illnesses from A-Z? A longitudinal study on Fibre consumption found no significant health benefits in groups of subjects who took Fibre supplements to those who didn't. Not to say that Fibre shouldn't be a part of everyone's diet but it did not appear to confer the benefits it was thought to. You don't hear much about Fibre these days?

    I'm waiting for the day when fags are declared healthy (that's paper tubes of burning tobacco, not homosexually inclined males).
