PRR has been undervalued and manipulated for quite a while now.
It has to get back to fair value eventially.
Hopefully plus some ;)
Volume of late and size of parcels going through would also support this.
I remember getting excited a couple of months ago when I got a fill at 22c, and we are still only at 10.5c
A lot of money moving into bio's ATM. Which is also good for PRR
