    Sorry state of affairs when management can't find something positive to say when market cap less than $3m.

    Tends to point to something fairly horrible.

    Last fundraising at 5c for an acquisition that hasn't happened.

    Don't suppose they will be returning the cheques, but if I'd taken stock in that raising I would be seriously pi.ssed off.
