Gentlemen, instead of all the negativity I suggest its a good time to average down, I did! And here is my logic:

1. MC at 1.4c is approx $5 mil (and no debt) - CHEAP
2. MNGmnt have put up the money in every plcmnt including 2c.
3. JV partner may not have paid but is currently on site doing work hence sees future in this business.

If you look at top 10 holders its the whole Mngmnt team!

I could be wrong but this is way over done and I think it will recover.
