the bottom line
One final PBI thought, on the eve of hopefully anohter good week -- what did Hogan's say ... 'watch for a possible re-rating if the market becomes aware of PBI's potential''
From the annual report ...
The Company’s commercialisation program in relation to the product specific technologies under development is currently being accelerated. Discussions with potential commercial partners for co development programs and joint device development initiatives are continuing. Importantly, the Company is currently working to fulfil
their additional data requirements. Once this additional clinical data, on the more advanced products, is obtained, it is expected that Pulmosonix will be in a position to rapidly advance discussions in respect of commercial partnerships with medical device
manufacturers and distributors. Following the acquisition of Medic Vision, Premier Bionics has been significantly transformed from a single R&D company to one with a rapidly expanding operating business together with a company in the later stages of R&D and pursuing the commercialisation of its product portfolio. It is expected that as Premier Bionics examines
other opportunities the transformation will continue and its focus on much later stage opportunities will continue to be of paramount importance. The clear objective over the short to medium term is to complete the transition from what has been essentially an R&D company to a commercial enterprise focused on generating substantial value to shareholders. We look forward to continuing to report to all shareholders on new activities and developments as they unfold over the coming months.
