I think rambleon made a post a while back on the price of similar cropping land in the area - suggested perhaps circa $400k for the Sugarloaf property, although with a mortgagee sale, coupled with a graphite mine proposed (not too many potential buyers would be interested in that happening on their land) you could assume price could be a bit lower. But, yes, would be good to get it from the horses mouth :)

The metallurgy process was reported as ongoing July thru to August. I think as soon as they become aware of anything deemed price sensitive they would have to release immediately rather than wait for inclusion in Qtrly reports.

AXE, have to agree, are certainly not "promoters" - but geewiz there are enough promoters around already in the graphite space, aren't there?
