Our Boom has peaked and is stabilising to a long term level for the next 20 or 30 years so i would suggest to stop stressing and prepare for the mining maintenance boom in a couple of years.
The Construction Companies that gouged mining companies with huge construction costs/profits will probably have the biggest issues as they will have to reduce their profits in the coming competitive market. Naturally before reducing profit margins they will sack people first to try to keep their profit margins. That will only work temporarily.
