    HDR's Uganda interest is most exciting; site preparation for the Mputa-1 and Waraga-! wells is now underway. Drilling will commence early December 2005 or even EARLIER. If they are successful, at 100 mm bbls per field, they will each add $1.25 per share value to HDR if we value the oil at $A15 per bbl in situ.
