You still need travel agents if you want to do stopovers or other complex trips, or use other form of payments.
Travel agents are more convenient, to be honest. Good to get instant feedback and be able to play around with different airlines and routes much faster than doing it online.
Saying that, I hate all travel stocks. Never would I buy and hold FLT, QAN and all those other junk stocks.
