Are the Jingemia/ Hovia oil finds just the remnants of the old Dongara oil leg? which means drilling away from his area may come up dry? or reservoirs too tigh?
The very expensive 3D might be the problem but suspect otherwise.
ARQ needs to buy cheap reserves .. PPP looks a bargain .. as well as VPE! LOL!
