    As I said I was not sure...trying to decipher the information on HDR website which actually refers to PSC C2...I could not work out whether Block 6 was part of C2 or not. It does not mention PSC C alone.

    Check it out...go to

    HDR "Projects"..."Mauritania"..."History and Development" then see the table. Quite confusing, but I see the percentage is clearly spelled out on the WPL announcement.
