Good on you Andrew for tossing your hat in the ring. I absolutely agree with you on the need for independent directors as Hardman grows into a fully fledged mid size(for Australian at least) E&P company.

However, when I read through your bio, I'm not convinced that you have the background to really add value to Hardman and am concerned that you are trying to make your mark solely as a voice of the small shareholder and not as someone who has skills and experience to bear to make this company great. To be honest I struggle to see how your background will add significant value to take Hardman forward.

If I'm going to vote a new member onto the board then its because I can see them helping steer Hardman through their expansion and not being a fly in the ointment that may have the unwanted effect of actually slowing the growth of the company through constant internal politics. I want to know that they can both challenge as well as work constructively with the existing board. I get a sense that the platform that you are basing your campaign on will not make this an easy task.

I may be getting this wrong and your bio and website may not be painting a true picture for me but that's how I see it.
